Marathon 144602183 Roller Cover, 18 In, 1/2 In Nap, Nylon/polyester

The Purdy Marathon 144602183 is a professional-grade paint roller cover designed for large interior and exterior painting projects. This 18-inch roller cover features a nylon and polyester blend fabric formulated to last longer, paint further, and deliver a smoother finish with less lint than standard alternatives. Whether you're painting drywall, concrete, masonry, or decks, this roller cover holds more paint per dip, reducing the number of trips back to the bucket and improving overall productivity.

Compatible with both oil-based and water-based paints and primers, the Marathon roller cover works across flat, eggshell, and satin finishes on semi-smooth to semi-rough surfaces. The shed-resistant design prevents lint from ruining your finish, while the standard core fits most roller handles for easy mounting. Professional painters and DIY enthusiasts alike appreciate the combination of durability, paint pickup and release properties, and consistent coverage that makes the Marathon series a trusted choice.
