DynaFlex Ultra Advanced Exterior Sealant is designed for windows, doors, siding, and trim applications. Formulated with innovative Weather Max Technology, it delivers protection against harsh outdoor conditions including UV exposure, temperature fluctuations, and moisture. The permanently flexible, 100% waterproof seal expands and contracts with building materials as they shift with seasonal temperature and humidity changes, preventing gaps and maintaining a tight, weatherproof barrier year-round.

This sealant resists the common issues that compromise exterior seals: UV fading, yellowing, cracking, chalking, and crumbling. It provides lifetime resistance to mold, mildew, and algae growth, keeping the sealant looking clean and new. Strong adhesion to common building materials makes it suitable for a wide range of exterior and interior applications.
